Take this 11Days  journey with us as we explore several hot spots of Southern Africa,Zimbabwe and Botswana.
Beginning in Cape Town, with Table Mountain as it’s backdrop, enjoy this world class city and its surrounds including the Great Krugger. From here we travel to Victoria Falls, a natural wonder of the world and end our journey at the fantastic safari destination that is Chobe and Okavango in Botswana.  Enjoy game drives/walks searching for the Big 5, relaxing in the primeval bush at night. It’s a perfectly balanced trip to remember!

DAY 01 –ARRIVAL
Upon arrival at Cape Town airport, you are met by our representative and transferred to your hotel for dinner and Overnight The Commodore Hotel
Transfer time – Cape Town airport to hotel: approx 35 minutes


DAY 02 –CAPE PENINSULA  TOUR

After breakfast your private guide will meet you at the hotel to start the full day tour of the Cape Peninsula.
During this tour you will visit the 12 Apostles, Bakeoven, Camps Bay & Clifton can be described as some of Cape Town’s most affluent areas on route to the fishing town of Hout Bay.
The road meanders along as it hugs the rock faces of the back end of Table Mountain just metres above the iconic bay. The Commodore Hotel

Stop at Simon’s Town, the only place in the world where you can get this close to the African Penguin. Elevated boardwalks wind their way through the dunes and vegetation and not only provides great viewing spots, but also protects nesting penguins and their chicks. Afterwards we head into the deep south next as we venture to the Cape Point National Park for a visit to the Cape of Good Hope.Overnight at The Commodore Hotel


DAY 03 –KRUGER NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast you will be transferred to Cape Town Airport for your flight to Hoedspruit by South African Airways or Airlink.
Upon arrival, you are met and transferred to Notten’s Bush Camp for unpacking and a lovely walking safari adventure.

Forming part of the Greater Kruger National Park, the Sabi Sand Reserve  provides a highly personalised Safari experience enjoyed with its exclusive traversing rights in their area. The Reserve is a natural sanctuary known for its high concentration of animal and bird life. Close contact encounters are guaranteed as the animals are not threatened by the presence of vehicles thanks to sound conservation management policies. Safaris are led by experienced rangers and local trackers. With exceptional sightings of animals during game drives – visitors are never lacking in exciting photographic content.Overnight at Notten’s Bush Camp


DAY 04 –KRUGER NATIONAL PARK

On this day you will start with early morning refreshments followed by a sun rise game drive. During the day you have time at leisure and can do as you please. You may decide to partake in specific activities offered by the lodge. These could include a bush walk, a spa treatment your could just relax and enjoy time around the pool.
During game drives the guides may take different routes through the park, thereby adding variety and increasing you chances of new sightings.
In the evening you can enjoy sun downers followed by a sunset game drive. After a dinner feast you can spend own time as you please. Overnight at Notten’s Bush Camp


DAY 05 –KRUGER TO VICTORIA FALLS

After breakfast your driver will take you to Nelspruit Airport for your flight to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe.

One of the original natural wonders of the world, the World Heritage Site is known locally as ‘The Smoke that Thunders’.
Upon arrival at Victoria Falls International Airport.you’ll be met and transferred to your Shongwe Lookout lodge for dinner and overnight.With its beautifully furnished rooms set in the suburbs of Victoria Falls, you can also enjoy stunning views of the Zambezi River, and the mist rising above the world-famous Victoria Falls in a Lookout Tower, for which the lodge takes its glorious name.

DAY 06:VICTORIA FALLS
As you finish your breakfast you will be picked up for a tour to Victoria Falls. You´ will tour the Zimbabwean side, for there are several spectacular viewing points along the width of the fall. We´ will walk through the natural, beautiful misty rain forest which flanks the fall from view point 1 to 16, which includes the Main Falls, Horseshoe Falls, Rainbow Falls, the Boiling Pot, Cataract Island and Livingstone Island. The majestic of Victoria Falls is the major tourist attraction named by the Tonga people as Musi O Tunya meaning the ´Smoke that Thunders´choose one activities:Flight of angels, or high wire activities or elephant riding etc.Dinner and Overnight at Shongwe Lookout lodge

Day 07: ZIMBABWE TO BOTSWANA
After breakfast you’ll be transferred to the Zimbabwe/Botswana border by road (about an hour’s drive), where you’ll cross from Zambia to Botswana on a ferry, assisted on both sides of the border by your driver-guide. You’ll check in at Chobe Chobe Safari Lodge, a riverside retreat in the heart of the bush on the edge of Chobe National Park in time for lunch. In the afternoon you can enjoy the sunset river cruise along the Chobe River, or an afternoon game drive in the park.Dinner and Overnight at Chobe Safari Lodge

Day 08:CHOBE NATIONAL PARK
Enjoy a full day at the lodge, making the most of the game drives in 4×4 vehicles to search for wild animals. Chobe has the largest remaining population of elephants in the world, and the bulls are renowned for their enormous size. There are also large herds of buffalo, many predators and antelope such as sable and roan.Dinner and Overnight at Chobe Safari Lodge


Day 09:OKAVANGO DELTA

After morning breakfast at Chobe safari lodge, there is also the possibility of enjoying your last minute game drive.then you’ll be taken to Kasane Airport for your scheduled flight into the Okavango Delta. The Delta is an extraordinary experience and you’ll be spending your time in the heart of the Delta. Chief’s Camp is on Chief’s Island in the Mombo Concession of the Moremi Game Reserve. Known as the ‘predator capital of Africa’, this area is ideal for game viewing. The seasonal water of the Delta ensures that the area in front of the camp is always changing – from a dry floodplain teaming with wildlife to a lush and tranquil lagoon.Dinner and Overnight at Sanctuary Chiefs Camp


Day 10:OKAVANGO DELTA

Chief’s Camp is located in the only area in the Okavango Delta that has both black and white rhino, completing the Big Five. You can take part in seasonal mokoro (traditional dug-out canoe) excursions, depending on water levels in the seasonal channels. Look out for some of the Delta’s 400-plus species of birds, including African fish eagle and Pel’s fishing owl.Overnight at Sanctuary Chief’s Camp, with meals and activities included.


Day 11:DEPARTURE

Sadly your Tour has come to an end. After breakfast, you’ll transfer to Maun from where you can either fly to Johannesburg to connect with your flight back home. Note that the Maun-Johannesburg or Maun-Livingstone flight isn’t included (but can be included, depending on your preference).

Note: Safari Lift Africa uses 4-WD Land Cruiser with viewing roofs for the safaris that can accommodate 4 or 6 passengers. Safari Lift Africa Ltd guides are licensed, trained, friendly, and have years of experience.

Itinerary
