Day 1: Arrival in Windhoek
Upon your arrival at Hosea Kutako International Airport, you’ll be greeted by our guide who will accompany you throughout your Namibia adventure. We’ll whisk you away to Hotel Thule where you can unwind from your journey and enjoy a delicious dinner, taking in the stunning views of Windhoek. You’ll spend the night here, resting up for the adventures ahead.
Day 2 & 3: Exploring Etosha National Park
After a hearty breakfast, we’ll embark on our journey to Etosha National Park, one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. Over the next two days, you’ll have the opportunity to spot a plethora of wildlife, including elephants, lions, giraffes, and more, during exhilarating game drives. In the evenings, we’ll retire to the comfort of Okutala Etosha for dinner and a restful night’s sleep amidst the sounds of the wilderness.
Day 4: Skeleton Coast Expedition
Today, we’ll venture towards the hauntingly beautiful Skeleton Coast, known for its rugged landscapes and shipwrecks scattered along the shore. Our destination is Cape Cross Lodge, where you’ll enjoy dinner overlooking the crashing waves of the Atlantic Ocean. As night falls, immerse yourself in the tales of this mysterious coastline before retiring to your comfortable accommodations.
Day 5: Discovering Swakopmund
Prepare for a day of exploration in Swakopmund, a charming coastal town blending German colonial architecture with Namibian culture. You’ll have the opportunity to partake in various activities, from quad biking and sandboarding to exploring the town’s vibrant markets and museums. After a day of adventure, we’ll settle in at Hotel a la Mer for a delightful dinner and a peaceful night’s rest.
Day 6: Journey to Sossusvlei
Our next destination is the iconic Sossusvlei, home to some of the world’s tallest sand dunes and breathtaking desert landscapes. En route, we’ll traverse the vast Namib Desert, marveling at its stark beauty. Upon arrival at Desert Quiver Camp, you’ll be treated to a sumptuous dinner under the starlit sky, followed by a restful sleep surrounded by the tranquility of the desert.
Day 7: Sossusvlei Expedition and Return to Windhoek
Today, we’ll rise early to explore the mesmerizing landscapes of Sossusvlei as the rising sun casts a golden hue upon the towering dunes. After capturing the perfect photograph and immersing ourselves in the surreal beauty of the desert, we’ll begin our journey back to Windhoek. Reflecting on the incredible experiences of the past week, we’ll arrive in Windhoek in the evening, where you can continue your travels or bid farewell until next time.
